VISTO: el Decreto N° 494/008 de 17 de octubre de 2008;
RESULTANDO: que por el artículo 1° del mismo se prorrogó hasta el 10 de octubre de 2008 el plazo establecido en el artículo 2 del Reglamento de Concursos aprobado por el Decreto N° 516/007 de 26 de diciembre de 2007;
CONSIDERANDO: que corresponde modificar el artículo 1° del Decreto N° 494/008 en el sentido de establecer que donde dice:" Prorrógase hasta el 10 de octubre de 2008 ..." debe decir: "Prorrógase hasta el 10 de diciembre de 2008...";

Actuando en Consejo de Ministros
DECRETA:
ART. 1º.-
Modifícase el artículo 1º del Decreto N° 494/008 de 17 de octubre de 2008, estableciendo que donde dice: "Prorrógase hasta el 10 de octubre de 2008..." deber decir: "Prorrógase hasta el 10 de diciembre de 2008...". (Prórroga)
ART. 2º.-
Comuniquese, publíquese, etc.
